Revises the two-node model in low pressure environment, and verifies its accuracy by measuring skin temperature. On this basis, calculates the standard effective temperature (SET*)—the thermal environmental evaluation index, analyses the variation of SET* in low pressure environment, and revises the comfort zone of ASHRAE Standard 55 in different low pressure environments. The calculation results show that in the same conditions of environment parameters, the corresponding standard effective temperature falls with the decrease of atmospheric pressure. Accordingly, the range of human-body comfort zone moves to the higher dry bulb temperature direction with the decrease of atmospheric pressure. The upper and lower limits of dry bulb temperature of the comfort zone in low pressure environment are higher than those in standard atmospheric pressure environment, and the range of temperature difference increases.
